Can you combine a keynote with a workshop or executive session?

Absolutely. A lot of organizations kick off with a keynote for everyone, then bring me in for a deeper dive with a smaller group, usually a workshop for managers or a private session with senior leaders. The keynote creates the shared language and energy, and the follow-up sessions give people space to practice, troubleshoot real scenarios, and walk away with tools tailored to their roles. It’s one of the most effective ways to turn insight into real behavior change.
