Can you combine a keynote with a workshop or executive session?

Absolutely. A lot of organizations kick off with a keynote for everyone, then bring me in for a deeper dive with a smaller group, usually a workshop for managers or a private session with senior leaders. The keynote creates the shared language and energy, and the follow-up sessions give people space to practice, troubleshoot real scenarios, and walk away with tools tailored to their roles.
